Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Calculate and deduct statutory contributions like Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Employees' State Insurance (ESIC), etc.
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, including salary disbursement.
Manage payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
File and maintain statutory returns and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate with HR for salary structure, CTC components, and employee-related updates.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
Prepare payroll reports, salary registers, and reconciliations.
Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and KYC compliance.
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile vendor accounts regularly.
Handle communication and relationship management with vendors.
Negotiate payment terms and resolve any invoice/payment disputes.
Ensure GST compliance for vendor payments and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and renewals.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2–4 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and vendor management.
Solid understanding of PF, PT, ESIC, income tax, and other payroll compliances.
Knowledge of accounting and payroll software Experience with GST and TDS applicable to vendor payments.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software.
Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Compensation & Benefits
