Job Summary


Key Responsibilities

 Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.

 Calculate and deduct statutory contributions like Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Employees' State Insurance (ESIC), etc.

 Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, including salary disbursement.

 Manage payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.

 File and maintain statutory returns and ensure compliance with labor laws.

 Coordinate with HR for salary structure, CTC components, and employee-related updates.

 Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.

 Prepare payroll reports, salary registers, and reconciliations.


Vendor Management

 Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and KYC compliance.

 Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

 Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile vendor accounts regularly.

 Handle communication and relationship management with vendors.

 Negotiate payment terms and resolve any invoice/payment disputes.

 Ensure GST compliance for vendor payments and coordinate with internal teams.

 Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and renewals.


Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

 2–4 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and vendor management.

 Solid understanding of PF, PT, ESIC, income tax, and other payroll compliances.

 Knowledge of accounting and payroll software Experience with GST and TDS applicable to vendor payments.

 Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

 Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills:

 Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software.

 Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Compensation & Benefits
