Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton, with 2-8 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and bread for guests.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory and supplies of ingredients.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
Strong knowledge of pastry-making techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
