Job Summary

At NextNation, we’re on a mission to connect skilled professionals with global opportunities.We’re looking for a Partnership Manager to build strong alliances with corporates, hospitals,and international institutions to drive our global impact.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage partnerships with corporates, hospitals, and international organisations.
Lead cross-border collaborations with global institutions to support international hiring needs.
Design and implement innovative partnership models tailored to emerging markets.
Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business growth goals.
Represent NextNation at global forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and trust.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in partnerships, international business development, or B2B relationship management.
Study abroad partnerships experience or immigration experience is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Prior exposure to study-abroad partnerships, immigration, healthcare staffing, or international recruitment is a plus.
A proactive, strategic thinker with a global outlook.
