Partnership Manager

As a Partnerships Manager at Womennovator, your role will involve leading strategic outreach, forging high-impact alliances, and co-creating initiatives that elevate women across sectors. Here are the key responsibilities: - Leader Discovery, Onboarding & Social Capital Building: - Identify, engage, and onboard dynamic women leaders from diverse sectors into the Womennovator ecosystem. - Represent Womennovator at key women-centric events, conferences, and forums to connect with emerging and established talent. - Facilitate meaningful introductions and opportunities that help leaders expand their social capital, visibility, and thought leadership. - Nurture long-term relationships with community members, ensuring consistent value, engagement, and growth. - Partnerships & Outreach: - Forge strategic collaborations with women-led organizations, associations, chambers of commerce, and networks to co-host initiatives and discover grassroots changemakers. - Build outreach programs with educational institutions to identify, onboard, and engage Academic Ambassadors and young women leaders. - Manage the full cycle of engagement for student leaders through a structured 60-hour program focused on leadership development and community-building. - Program & Event Strategy: - Lead strategy and execution for high-impact programs under Womennovator's flagship 10K Fellowship, including: - Annual Celebration Awards - We Pitch (funding & visibility sessions) - Networking mixers, Leadership Circles, and Roundtables - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver well-curated events that drive measurable outcomes. - Ensure seamless planning, communication, and execution for all programs. - Collaborations, Sponsorships & Fundraising: - Lead partnership development and sponsorship outreach for key initiatives, campaigns, and events. - Develop compelling pitch decks and sponsorship proposals tailored to prospective funders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential sponsors to ensure financial sustainability and impact. - Co-create purpose-driven initiatives with partner organizations to amplify reach and community transformation.
