Job Description

As a Partnership Manager at Keka, your role is crucial in establishing and maintaining client and partner relationships to generate maximum revenue. You will be responsible for identifying high-value leads and key potential partners, developing strategies to convert these connections into productive relationships, and executing joint go-to-market strategies with relevant partners. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and developing new partnership opportunities. - Managing and executing joint go-to-market strategy with relevant partners. - Facilitating pipeline reviews, training, and business reviews with key partners. - Developing and executing a business plan to maximize revenues and optimize partner relationships. - Determining business opportunities with prospective partners, negotiating partnership terms, and enabling partner company and Keka's internal team. - Developing and managing relationships with stakeholders at relevant partners" companies. - Working closely with the Keka sales team to drive the pipeline through new and existing partnerships and serving as the liaison between Keka Sales and Partners. - Running/enabling co-marketing/selling programs with relevant internal and partner stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience with channel partners and complex channel relationships (co-sale, resale, OEM/Licensing). - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales channel development and marketing programs resulting in revenue generation. - Strong sales experience including pricing, relationship building, management, and consultative selling. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within company policy, targets, and budget. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Hands-on quota-carrying and business development experience. - Strong team player, results-oriented, metrics-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Ability to collect and analyze market and competitor data to influence and support Partner strategy.
