Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brand across all social platforms. You will create, manage, and implement innovative campaigns that engage, inspire, and convert our audience. Content Strategy and Creation o Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals. o Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). o Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. 2. Community Engagement o Foster an active, positive community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner. o Monitor trends and conversations in the travel industry to actively participate and position the brand as a thought leader. 3. Campaign Management o Design and execute social media campaigns to promote key travel offerings, seasonal deals, and company initiatives. o Collaborate with the marketing team on paid social campaigns, ensuring ROI and performance metrics are met. 4. Analytics and Reporting o Track, analyses, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to inform future strategies. o Use insights to optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact. 5. Collaboration o Work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. o Partner with influencers and travel ambassadors to amplify our reach and credibility. 6. Trend Spotting and Innovation o Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep our strategy fresh and effective. o Experiment with new formats and platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Skills and Qualifications: · Experience: 3+ years in social media management, preferably in the travel, lifestyle, or hospitality sector. · Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. · Content Creation: Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video editing skills. · Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track and measure performance. · Writing Skills: Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities tailored to diverse audiences. · Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various teams. · Creativity: A keen eye for design and the ability to craft visually appealing, on-brand content. · Passion for Travel: A deep understanding of the travel industry and a genuine enthusiasm for exploring the world.
