ob Title: Flights Booking Executive – UK/US Process
Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Flight Booking Executives for the UK and US travel process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo, and must be capable of handling international flight bookings efficiently. You will assist customers with their bookings, cancellations, changes, and special service requests while ensuring top-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails related to flight bookings for UK & US customers.
• Book domestic and international flight tickets using GDS systems – Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
• Provide accurate fare quotations, flight schedules, and alternative travel options as needed.
• Process cancellations, reissues, refunds, and schedule changes.
• Assist customers with special requests, baggage rules, seat preferences, and visa/travel guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and GDS updates.
• Manage customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets set by the company.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in international flight booking (UK/US process preferred).
• Proficient in at least one or more GDS systems: Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
• Strong knowledge of international fare rules, airline policies, and ticketing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
• Experience in B2C/B2B flight booking portals is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as per UK/US time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
