Handle end-to-end bookings including flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, sightseeing, and activities. Manage VIP and premium traveller requests with high attention to detail. Maintain strong relationships with travel partners, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Upsell and cross-sell travel services to maximize revenue. Resolve issues during travel and provide real-time support to clients.
