Job Title: Travel Consultant Location: Moti Nagar Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20K to 35K Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating international travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, regulations, and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: · Assist clients in planning and booking international travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and travel insurance. · Provide expert advice on visa requirements, travel restrictions, and necessary documentation. · Research and recommend travel destinations based on client preferences and budgets. · Arrange customized travel itineraries tailored to individual or group needs. · Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and industry standards. · Handle travel-related emergencies, cancellations, and rescheduling. · Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers. · Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and travel advisories. · Process payments, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation for each booking. · Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: · Proven experience as an International / Domestic Travel Agent or in a similar role. · Strong knowledge of international travel destinations, airlines, and visa requirements. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in third party portals like TBO, Trip Jack, My Partner etc. · Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to multitask and work under pressure. · Customer service-oriented with a keen attention to detail. · Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
