Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Dehradun. The Travel Consultant will manage travel arrangements for clients, including booking itineraries, managing reservations, and organizing transportation and accommodation. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with travel inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences by managing schedules and resolving issues promptly. Keeping updated on travel trends and destination knowledge is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to address client needs and provide support
• Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in travel booking tools and software is highly desirable
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in travel and tourism is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
