Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Mannarkkad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with planning and managing their travel needs, including making travel arrangements, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves offering expert travel consulting and ensuring trips align with client preferences and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and crafting personalized travel packages
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations management
• Strong Customer Service skills to enhance client experiences
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of Southeast Asia destinations is a plus
• Relevant certifications in travel or tourism is an advantage
