We are Authorised Visa Agents for Singapore since 2010.

We are also seek to redefine travel with our unique packages, experiences and holiday planning.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel & Visa Professional at Galaxy Travels in Pune. The TVP will be responsible for processing Singapore Visas, helping with the visa department operations and also dealing with holiday queries, making itineraries etc.

Daily tasks include managing visa department tasks, itinerary creation, coordinating with clients to understand their travel requirements, and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant. The TVP will also liaise with consulates, maintain accurate records, handle customer communication, and support the team with holiday packages, bookings, and end-to-end trip planning.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-first mindset. Candidates must be proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service to our travellers.

Qualifications

• ENGLISH SPEAKING ONLY
• 12th pass or above
• Prior work experience, preferably in travel
• Proficient in computers, including MS Office, email communication, and basic documentation tools
