MA in Clinical/Counselling Psychology 2. Three + years in Content and workshop Duties and Responsibilities:- Giving mocks and getting trained to deliver workshops & capacity building trainings. Delivering mental health sessions and training to the assigned target audience at the assigned location as per MPower quality standards. Handle assigned clients with supervision in terms of planning & scheduling sessions, ensuring timely delivery & submitting reports. Maintaining all the departmental & client reports on a timely basis. Providing one to one counselling sessions to clients & screening as and when required. Proactively reach out to schools, colleges, NGOs corporates or any other relevant institutes or initiatives to drive mental health awareness and provide solutions for their queries through mental health workshops / webinars and capacity building trainings Coordinating and offering end to end support for marketing and promotional events to be held in the state Seamless coordination with reporting manager, peers and colleagues. Ensure all initiatives are aligned to the strategy, mission & vision of Mpower. Prepare & maintain all required reports as per format decided. Ensure reports are submitted to the management team on a timely basis.

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing individual and group counselling services to students, staff, and faculty members. This includes conducting case management by developing treatment plans and documenting client progress. Additionally, you will be required to prepare monthly reports and provide crisis intervention support during critical incidences. Conducting awareness sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and faculty development programs will also be part of your role. You will be involved in mentoring the wellness club and teaching the Universal Human Values & Ethics Paper. Furthermore, you will participate in outreach programs and conduct interviews for faculty and staff selection. In times of need, you may be required to provide after-hours crisis support as necessary. Qualifications: - A full-time master's degree in psychology, counselling psychology, applied psychology, clinical psychology, or educational psychology is required for this position.,
