About The Opportunity
A fast-growing organization operating in the Recruitment & Career Services (HR Tech / Talent Acquisition) sector, focused on building strategic partner networks that drive candidate sourcing, employer partnerships, and career outcomes. We are hiring a remote Partnerships Intern based in India to support partnership discovery, onboarding, and relationship operations—an ideal role for early-career candidates who want hands-on experience in business development, partner success, and recruitment partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support partner sourcing and outreach: identify potential employer, training, and referral partners; craft outreach messages and manage follow-ups to build a healthy pipeline.
- Assist partner onboarding and activation: coordinate meetings, prepare onboarding documentation, and help partners go live with joint programs or referral flows.
- Maintain CRM and partner records: log interactions, update deal stages, and ensure partner data is accurate for forecasting and reporting.
- Monitor partner performance and report insights: track key metrics (leads, conversions, time-to-hire), prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, and surface improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities: work with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Operations to align campaigns, events, and shared initiatives with partners.
- Contribute to partner enablement materials: draft playbooks, FAQs, email templates, and one-pagers to streamline partner engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s/masters degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English; comfort with outreach, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
- Basic CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar) and strong Google Sheets/Excel skills for reporting.
- Proven ability to research companies and decision-makers, and translate findings into outreach strategies.
- Highly organized, comfortable working remotely, and able to manage multiple partner tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Prior internship or exposure to business development, partnerships, recruitment, or account management.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment workflows, or campus/employer engagement programs.
