Team ware is hiring for Host Engagement Specialist role


Location:Goa/Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi

NP:Immediate

Experience:2-3years








+Engage with the targeted hosts that are provided by the team lead/market management team via phone calls to recommend the hosts with actionable listings improvement /optimization tips.


+Prepare host outreach templates (personalized emails, call scripts etc for targeted campaigns that could help improve bookability of host’s portfolio and boost their booking rate.


+Hold consultative zoom and/or audio calls with hosts and advice them on staying competitive, wrt pricing, availability etc


+Educate clients on feature/product changes and cascade feedback to the relevant internal stakeholders.


+Maintain comprehensive call tracking sheets to monitor productivity and analyze the impact of host engagement on key output metrics.

+You may be required to support market management team for in-market educational workshops, meetups in key cities



Your Expertise:


4+ years of experience in new sales, account management and partner support.

+Strong time management and prioritization skills.


+Proven track record of being able to effectively work large volume of accounts at one point in time


+A strong bias for action, and persistent in the face of adversity and objection.

+Excellent communications and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone,virtual meeting, email

+Team player: highly motivated to share best practices and knowledge to help peers succeed.

+Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities


+Maintain accountability for assigned tasks, ensuring timely execution, attention to detail, and follow-through to completion.


+Proficient in using CRM software, specifically in working with leads, opportunities and other core objects - Salesforce experience is a plus.

+Primary/Bilingual fluency in English and Hindi is required




Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in any discipline


Prior experience in outbound sales, customer outreach or engagement


Must have experience working in the travel, hospitality, or online travel agency (OTA) industry


Strong communication and relationship-building skills


Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
