Job Description

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients within the specified cohort(s) while leveraging the strengths of the delivery team. Your focus will be on targeting key accounts and successfully securing them. It will be essential to establish revenue streams from new clients through close collaboration with delivery teams and maintaining continuous engagement with client accounts. Your role will also involve deep engagement with clients to comprehend their requirements, develop tailored solutions in collaboration with other CIEL members, identify opportunities for additional business, and facilitate cross-selling initiatives. Ensuring market coverage across Enterprise, SMB, and start-ups will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Collaboration with Ciel offices and teams to coordinate delivery and client acquisition efforts will be crucial. You will be expected to uphold the reputation of Ciel and Ma Foi in the market, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in corporate/institutional sales and business development within the specific service line and client industry sector relevant to this role. Depending on skills and experience, the position will be benchmarked within CIEL as L4, L5, L6, or L7. Experience in both hunting and farming clients, particularly in inside sales, will be advantageous. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with active listening and empathy, will be essential. A comprehensive understanding of current market trends in the HR services industry, particularly within the relevant business line and client industry, is required. Previous hands-on experience in managing client accounts and expanding relationships to secure larger contracts is desirable. Demonstrated ability in budgeting, planning, and executing strategies to achieve set targets is important. Adherence to processes, data-driven performance tracking, and proficient use of technology in daily tasks are expected. Consistently delivering high-quality work and demonstrating a proactive approach to learning best practices to make a significant impact will be key to success in this role.,
