The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting tasks, strong analytical skills, and working knowledge of accounting software and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances. Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on outstanding invoices. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and petty cash. Support statutory compliance activities including GST, TDS, and PF/ESI filings. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/auditors for financial clarifications. Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary documentation. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
