Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
2. Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term success.
3. Present and pitch SkyRich’s AIDA digital solutions/Services in a consultative and value-focused manner.
4. Qualify leads, guide clients through their next steps, and plan site visits of customer success technical team and detailed requirement gathering.
5. Share customer enquiries with the Customer Success Technical Team, ensuring clarity of scope, expectations, and timelines for preparing proposal.
6. Keep an eye on deadlines and ensure proposal submissions are followed up on time.
7. Collaborate with the Customer success technical team to align client needs with solution capabilities.
8. Track and report sales metrics and submit reports to HQ team with Customer Success in-house Sales Coordinator.
9. Actively participate in training programs to improve sales mastery and industry knowledge.
