Job Description

As a Partner Success Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for driving successful partner programs and managing high-impact, enterprise-level partnerships. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Utilize your 10+ years of experience in Partner Success Management, Channel Programs, or SCM Program Management within a technology or consulting environment. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, tools, and enterprise ecosystems. - Drive partner enablement programs, certifications, and governance frameworks to ensure successful partnerships. - Manage communication and stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams to achieve common goals. - Utilize tools like Salesforce, Excel, Partner Portals, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. - Leverage your experience in business development, partner management, and sales/strategic sales to exceed revenue goals. Additionally, your qualifications should include: - Proficiency in the public cloud, IaaS/PaaS/Pre-defined market, and different technology segments. - Experience working with Global System Integration/Consulting organizations or global ISVs/Cloud Platform vendors.
