Partner Enablement & Growth Strategist
a
senior role focused on driving
strategic alliances, partner enablement, and scalable growth
through
a well-structured channel ecosystem.
Role Overview
This is a
strategic leadership role
responsible for
architecting and scaling our partner ecosystem
,
building frameworks for partner enablement, and driving revenue growth through
partner-led and
partner-influenced opportunities
. The ideal candidate will blend
strategic planning
with
hands-on
execution
, enabling partners to independently drive sales, onboarding, and partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Ecosystem Strategy & Growth
Build and execute a
global partner enablement strategy
aligned with APPSeCONNECT s
growth roadmap.
Identify, onboard, and manage high-impact partners (resellers, system integrators, consulting
firms, and global technology alliances).
Expand into new geographies and verticals, unlocking new revenue streams via partner
networks.
- Enablement & Partner Success
Design structured
enablement programs
training, certifications, playbooks, and partner
toolkits
to ensure partners can independently manage co-sell opportunities and onboarding
processes.
Establish
partner readiness frameworks
to ensure partners are technically and commercially
equipped to drive mutual success.
- Joint Go-To-Market (GTM) Initiatives
Co-create
account plans, GTM campaigns, and demand generation strategies
with partners,
leveraging joint marketing opportunities and events.
Drive partner-led deal flow and support pipeline development through
joint account mapping
and co-selling programs
.
- Governance & Performance Management
Implement structured
partner review cadences
, sales performance tracking, and pipeline
governance to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.
Develop
KPIs, incentive programs, and dashboards
for transparent performance tracking and
partner motivation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with
Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
to embed
partnerships into core business processes.
Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams for
feedback loops
, product insights,
and co-innovation opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in
Strategic Alliances, Partnerships, or Channel Management
within
SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software.
Proven expertise in building and scaling
global partner ecosystems
and driving
partner-led
revenue growth
.
Strong understanding of
B2B SaaS business models, enterprise sales cycles, and GTM
strategies
.
Excellent
relationship-building, negotiation, and program management skills
.
Ability to
translate partner strategies into measurable outcomes
and influence at senior
levels (CXO, VP).
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
