This Digital Marketing role sits within the demand & revenue marketing team. Paid media is a key mix in the Darwinbox marketing context, and you’ll plan & execute with the objectives of Brand Awareness, Demand Generation, Sales Acceleration, Market Scoping & Employer Branding You are someone who: Has a minimum of 3+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS. has experience managing search and display campaigns across various platforms like Google, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, LinkedIn ads. ABM experience gets brownie points is highly data-oriented towards planning and problem-solving. likes collaborating with multiple teams to make assets and information available for campaigns. logically views strategic/tactical decisions toward campaign planning and territory-level customer segmentation. has excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations. has a distinct crush on SaaS and a unique perspective on driving value for SaaS companies. You will be responsible for: Managing day-to-day ad operations for Darwinbox Ad accounts, which includes cross-platform data analysis, bid optimization, ad copy optimization, keyword optimization (including search term addition/negation, match types, labels, and enabling/disabling, quality scores), overall account optimization score, new campaign creation, tag placements, analytics tracking, etc. Doing cross-platform optimization, keeping growth and ROI in check, with CRO responsibilities around experimenting with high-converting campaign structure. Understanding what makes and eventually creating a high-converting landing page and ad copies basis customer behavior analysis.
