Role Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, and other platforms)
• Write ad copy and work with creatives to build high-converting campaigns
• Analyze performance, set KPIs, and prepare weekly reports
• Manage ROAS, CPL, CAC, and funnel performance
• Recommend new growth experiments based on platform trends and insights
• Track conversions and events using Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM parameters

✅ Must-Haves:

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Basic knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel metrics
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bonus: Experience running ads for service-based businesses or e-commerce

📌 Job Details:

• Location: Remote (India-based only)
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 11 AM to 7 PM IST
• Notice Period: 15 days
• Start Date: Immediate

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience with influencer marketing and performance marketing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
