Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
• Run A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Manage campaign budgets, track spends, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated on latest PPC trends and platform updates to improve campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Marketing / PPC management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and conversion tracking is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
