Role Description Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, and other platforms) Write ad copy and work with creatives to build high-converting campaigns Analyze performance, set KPIs, and prepare weekly reports Manage ROAS, CPL, CAC, and funnel performance Recommend new growth experiments based on platform trends and insights Track conversions and events using Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM parameters ✅ Must-Haves: 1+ year of experience in performance marketing Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Basic knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, and analytics tools Strong understanding of ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel metrics Ability to work independently in a remote setup Bonus: Experience running ads for service-based businesses or e-commerce 📌 Job Details: Location: Remote (India-based only) Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 11 AM to 7 PM IST Notice Period: 15 days Start Date: Immediate Qualifications Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing Proficiency in Web Analytics and Online Marketing Strong Communication skills Experience with influencer marketing and performance marketing is a plus Ability to work independently and remotely Proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
