The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outbound sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales executives, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a high-performance sales culture.Key Responsibilities
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads through outbound sales processes, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Act as a strong individual contributor when required, with the ability to independently close high-value deals.
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts, from identifying opportunities to building long-term client relationships.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies, scripts, and best practices.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, call metrics, and conversion ratios.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve sales effectiveness.
- Oversee lead generation activities and ensure efficient pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Handle escalations, support team members in closing key deals, and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear goals and accountability standards.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes through CRM systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.

- Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate forecasting and timely movement of leads through the sales funnel.
- Team Performance Metrics: Achievement of team sales quotas and individual targets.
- Client Retention & Satisfaction: Drive repeat business and referral growth through quality client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 4–6 years of proven experience in outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
