skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

with deep expertise in

Payroll

Security (RBAC)

Helpdesk

modules. The ideal candidate will have strong implementation and support experience along with excellent functional and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules: ▪ Payroll ▪ Benefits ▪ Security (RBAC) ▪ Helpdesk
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map business processes.
  • Configure modules as per business needs, ensuring payroll compliance standards.
  • Conduct impact analysis, UAT, testing, deployment, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Resolve functional incidents, service requests, and handle SRs with Oracle Support.
  • Document solutions and provide training to end users and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (required).
    • Master’s degree (preferred for senior roles).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1–5+ years of relevant experience (depending on the role).
    • Experience in full-cycle implementation or support projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong domain knowledge in Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, or relevant platform.
    • Hands-on experience with modules/tools specific to the role (e.g., HCM, Payroll, BI, Cloud, etc.).
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Oracle / SAP / Salesforce / Microsoft Certified Professional
    • Additional certifications in Cloud, Security, or Data Analytics are a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client interaction skills.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
