Job Description

Notice Period: Up to 30 Days

Experience: 3+ Years 

Shift: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST (Equivalent to 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST – Night Shift)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 

    functional expertise and end-to-end support

     for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, primarily 

    ORC (Recruiting), Learning, and Performance Management

    .
  • Participate in 

    implementation activities

    , including requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to 

    analyze requirements and recommend best-practice solutions

     within the Oracle HCM Cloud framework.
  • Configure and maintain system setups for 

    Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management

     modules to meet client business requirements.
  • Support 

    data migration, validation, and testing

     during implementations and quarterly release updates.
  • Handle 

    post-implementation support

     — including production issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Work closely with Oracle Support for 

    SR creation, tracking, and timely closure

    , ensuring minimal business impact.
  • Conduct 

    regression testing, UAT, and release management

     for ongoing system improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain 

    functional documentation

    , including BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, and configuration guides.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for smooth project execution and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience

     as an 

    Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

    , with strong expertise in 

    ORC, Learning, and Performance Management

     modules.
  • Proven experience in both 

    Implementation and Support

     projects.
  • Good understanding of related modules such as 

    Core HR, Absence, and Payroll

     is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of 

    HCM business processes, configurations, and end-to-end data flow

    .
  • Ability to manage 

    L2/L3 support tickets

    , system enhancements, and CRs independently.
  • Excellent 

    communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    .
  • Prior experience working with 

    US-based clients or projects

     is preferred.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification

     in relevant modules is an added advantage.
