Job Summary:

Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Required Skills:

4–6 years of experience in
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
, with at least 1–2 end-to-end implementations.
In-depth knowledge of
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
and
Time & Labor (T&L)
modules.
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and functional workflows.
Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining HCM modules in production environments.
Strong client engagement and communication skills, especially with
US-based clients
.
Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher.

Location:

US time zones.
