Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Bringing together the brightest minds to create breakthrough technology solutions for customers to gain a competitive advantage. - Focusing on technology innovation to accelerate the digital transformation of customers and end users. - Implementing a modern process-driven development cycle to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions that are compliant, secure, high performance, and reliable. - Having 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience with expertise in Time & Labor (OTL), Core HR, and Absence modules. - Leading 23 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, OTL, and Absence. - Performing hands-on experience with Data Migration activities, including preparing and validating FBDI templates for bulk data loading from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion. - Interacting and working independently with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and solution delivery. - Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams for successful project execution. - Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing mindset. Qualifications required for this role: - 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience - Strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL), Core HR, and Absence modules - Experience leading 23 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, OTL, and Absence - Hands-on experience with Data Migration activities and preparing/validating FBDI templates - Ability to work independently with business stakeholders - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 45 days or less are highly preferred.,
