Responsibilities

Configure and support Oracle HCM
Core HR
&
Talent
modules
Handle incidents, enhancements, and change requests
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolutions within SLAs
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand requirements
Perform testing during patch/release cycles
Prepare functional documentation and training material
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations/data loads
