Job Description

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with an experience of 4 years to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in setting up enterprise and workforce structures including legal entities, business units, jobs, positions and grades.

  • Expertise in configuring self-service transactions, approval workflows and notifications to streamline HR processes and enhance the overall user experience.

  • Sound understanding of HCM Security configuration including the definition and management of security roles, security profiles and Areas of Responsibility (AORs) to ensure data privacy and access control.

  • Experience in configuring absence types and plans (accrual, qualification, entitlement) along with absence reasons and certifications. Ability to define and configure fast formulas for complex absence calculations and eligibility rules.

  • Strong proficiency in configuring Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) components such as time entry layouts, time calculation rules and approval workflows (BPM), including the setup of time categories, time attributes and web clock buttons.

  • Capability to lead or support end-to-end implementations as well as the configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules including Workforce Compensation, Base Pay, Grades, Salary Basis and Compensation Cycles.

  • Experience in leading or supporting implementation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Onboarding, Performance Management, Career Development, Opportunity Marketplace and Succession Planning.

  • Skilled in conducting workshops and collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements for absence and time management processes.

  • Proficiency in performing fit-gap analysis and designing solutions based on Oracle Cloud capabilities.

  • Ability to conduct training sessions and develop user documentation to support end-users and provide post-go-live assistance.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with other functional and technical streams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive end-to-end solution.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges.

  • Experience in raising service requests (SR), coordinating with Oracle for issue resolution and assisting in the identification and resolution of complex configuration-related issues.
