5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL modules.

Proven ability to implement and manage end-to-end HCM solutions.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize HR operations.

Key Skills:

Oracle Fusion HCM, Absence Management, OTL, and Core HR modules.

Configuring and maintaining organization structures, job and position structures, and worker data.

Setting up and configuring absence types, accrual rules, and absence plans.

Managing employee absence requests, approvals, and balances.

Configuring absence reports and analytics.

Configuring work schedules, pay codes, and deductions.

Processing employee timesheets and payroll data.

Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Managing timekeeping exceptions and generating reports for analysis.

Fast Formulas, SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, and HCM Spreadsheet Loader.

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL modules.

Define and manage user roles and permissions within the system.

Maintain accurate employee data.

Generate reports and conduct data analysis to support HR decision-making.

Manage leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Utilize reporting tools to analyze absence trends and identify potential issues.

Process time sheets and payroll data.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
