As discussed, please find the below JD and details: Job Location: Chennai Experience: 9 - 20 yrs Job Type: FTE Shift Timing: 2 PM IST till 11 PM IST Note: Looking only for Immediate to 1 week joiners. Must be comfortable for Video discussion. JD Key Skills SAP FICO, Controlling, Should be willing to work in US shift from 6 PM IST till 3 AM IST Very good understanding of finance and costing modules / Good command on English /core functional module in SAP ERP that facilitates organizations to manage their financial data, generate financial statements, and analyze reports. Good exposure to core modules Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Experience in planning, managing and guiding the development team Broad understanding of SAP software offerings, capabilities and implementation techniques. Develop custom solutions using customized transactions and user exits to provide additional functionality not available within standard SAP. Must be able to present ideas and technical solutions effectively to the team through presentations and communication Proficient in authoring technical specifications and documentation Proficient at writing technical specifications for required ABAP development objects Must be able to support functional application components to specifications using applicable technology standards Provides functional expertise to the development team and business analysts. Ability to work independently under limited supervision or in a team environment. Understand & Improve business processes JOB REQUIREMENT 9+ years of SAP's experience in FI/CO Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications Ensure compliance with SAP FI/CO standards and best practices Develop and maintain SAP FI/CO reports and queries Provide input into the development of SAP FI/CO strategies Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in the implementation and maintenance of SAP FI/CO solutions Maintain and update SAP FI/CO user documentation Working in global systems, multiple teams including offshore is preferred. Extensive experience in support and enhancement projects and work in a customized environment. Should have analytical skill and prior experiences with service manager for handling tickets and awareness on SLA process for managed service support. Extensive experience with core concepts, report analysis/testing and engage with technical team when required Have at least 2 Full-Life Cycle implementations of SAP R/3 Module experience with cross-functional experience in above mentioned modules Should have good command over written and speaking skill (English)to handle clients and business users.
