Job Description: You are a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM modules. Your role will involve managing end-to-end HCM implementations, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of robust HR solutions. Your deep knowledge of Oracle HCM best practices, strategic mindset, and project management skills will be crucial for driving the success of complex HCM implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to define requirements, translate them into system designs, and provide configuration solutions. - Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively managing scope and change requests. - Collaborate with implementation partners to align on project goals, facilitate communication, and resolve any functional or technical challenges. - Drive functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support for Oracle HCM solutions. - Provide guidance and training to junior consultants and client teams, fostering knowledge transfer and adoption of HCM best practices. - Ensure the solution aligns with business needs, legal requirements, and global HR policies. - Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM applications and provide advisory support to key business leaders. Qualifications and Skills: - Extensive experience managing full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support. - Strong expertise in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and integrating them with other business systems. - In-depth understanding of HR business processes, workflows, and industry best practices. - Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.,
