• Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and Planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues such as incomplete orders, failed shipments, PO errors, and planning exceptions.
• Analyze business process deviations and data inconsistencies impacting Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flows.
• Collaborate closely with business users, planners, and fulfillment teams to provide proactive support and process continuity.
• Participate in issue triage bridges, identify workarounds, and validate business-impacting fixes.
• Support period-close and quarter-close operations, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues in custom objects, interfaces, workflows, and concurrent programs.
• Perform code analysis of PL/SQL packages, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher outputs, and workflows to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot SOA/OSB middleware-based integrations with external platforms such as High Jump WMS, 3PLs, B2B, and eCommerce systems.
• Work with DBAs and infrastructure teams for performance tuning, concurrent request delays, and database-level investigations.
• Apply approved scripts for data correction in compliance with change control policies.
• Document root causes and develop knowledge base articles for repeat issue prevention.
• Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain business processes—Order Management, Procurement, Fulfillment, Inventory, Advanced Pricing.
• Familiarity with SCM setups, transaction flows, and approval of workflows within Oracle EBS.
• Experience with cross-functional support (SCM-Finance-Retail) and managing upstream/downstream process impacts.
Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms, BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for customizations, interfaces, and concurrent program failures.
• Experience with integration troubleshooting via SOA Suite, OSB, and file/API-based interfaces (XML, JSON, UCM).
• Understanding of Oracle application architecture, concurrent manager performance, and logging/debugging tools.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools) for ticket lifecycle, incident, and change management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Control.
• Comfortable working in SOX-compliant environments with strict access control and audit requirements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for global stakeholder interaction.
• 6–8 years of functional and technical experience supporting Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Strong proficiency in:
o PL/SQL, SQL
o Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow
o BI Publisher, ADF, OAF
• Hands-on experience supporting interfaces and integrations via SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic.
• Solid understanding of SCM data models and business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integration failures between Oracle EBS and external systems (e.g., WMS, 3PL).
• Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and file-based integrations.
• Experience in multilingual environments
• Experience using ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and documentation platforms.
