React Fullstack Developer

As a React Fullstack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for working with our AI-powered immigration assistant to streamline the processes involved in bringing foreign nationals into the country on work or education visas. By leveraging custom-trained AI models, you will be instrumental in simplifying and expediting the naturalization process. Your role will involve evaluating a wide range of data, including various forms and personal documents, ensuring accuracy, correcting errors, and facilitating smooth application processing. Key Responsibilities: - Own the frontend architecture and implementation of our AI-powered legal platform using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Develop and maintain highly responsive and user-friendly UIs for customer-facing applications. - Integrate with backend APIs (FastAPI) to support complex workflows, including legal forms, document uploads, and interactive AI-driven interfaces. - Create dynamic user experiences that showcase insights from AI and RAG pipelines. - Implement role-based authentication, real-time feedback mechanisms, and intelligent form validation for different user personas (HR, legal, education, etc.). - Establish frontend testing strategies and component libraries to ensure code health and reusability. - Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap and enhance the end-user experience. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in building production-grade frontend applications. - Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Strong grasp of UX principles, client-side architecture, and state management (e.g., Zustand, Redux, or equivalent). - Experience integrating with REST services and implementing authentication protocols such as Clerk, OAuth, or JWTs. - Familiarity with headless UI component libraries. - Bonus: Experience in integrating AI-driven outputs into user-friendly interfaces. - Experience with deployment on Vercel and working with CI/CD pipelines. - Demonstrated ability to make pragmatic decisions and work efficiently without compromising quality.,
