Job Role - React Fullstack Developer

As part of this role, you will work with our AI-powered immigration assistant that helps employers, schools, and other entities navigate the complex workflows required to bring foreign nationals into the country on work or education visas. You will replace the need for traditional, slow, expensive, and opaque legal processes by leveraging custom-trained AI models. Your work will involve evaluating the entire body of data — including multiple forms and personal documents — while ensuring accuracy, correcting invalid or missing information, and enabling applications to move smoothly through the naturalization process.

What You’ll Do

• Own the frontend architecture and implementation for our AI-powered legal platform

using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

• Build and maintain highly responsive, intuitive UIs for customer-facing applications

• Integrate with backend APIs (FastAPI) and support complex workflows involving legal

forms, document uploads, and interactive AI-driven interfaces

• Create rich, dynamic user experiences that surface insights from AI and RAG (retrieval

augmented generation) pipelines

• Implement role-based authentication, real-time feedback loops, and intelligent form

validation across a variety of personas (HR, legal, education, etc.)

• Establish frontend testing strategies and component libraries to support long-term code

health and reusability

• Work closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap and ensure an

exceptional end-user experience

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade frontend applications.

• Deep expertise with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, client-side architecture, and state management

(e.g., Zustand, Redux, or equivalent).

• Experience integrating with consuming REST services and implementing authentication,

for example, using Clerk, OAuth, JWTs, etc.

• Familiarity with headless UI component libraries.

• Bonus: Experience with integrating AI-driven outputs into intuitive user experiences.

• Experience deploying to Vercel and working with CI/CD pipelines.

• Pragmatic decision-making and a desire to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
