Job details Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Category: Information Systems Job Number: WD30236693 Job Description Job Title: Oracle DevOps Fusion RTR Delivery Lead Location: Bangalore Experience: 15+ years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Record to Report (RTR) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Plan to Fulfill business processes within RTR business processes along with Sub Ledger accounting, Month end close process with a very good understanding of DevOps methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and support of Fusion RTR processes and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes. Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of Post go live Operational Support Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively. Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed Manage functional/technical team within Value Stream Oracle Fusion DevOps organization is supporting multiple Oracle Fusion Instances within JCI. Oracle Fusion DevOps RTR Delivery Lead will be single point of contact (SPOC) for this functional area stream for all development and support related activities for this track. Analyze Oracle Fusion Enhancements/ Change Requests and Support activities pipeline Work planning and prioritization for approved backlogs within the Value stream reviewing with BPO/GPOs, Delivery Leads and Oracle Solution Architects. Capacity planning of resources based on approved backlogs for enhancements and support tickets to meet deliverable timelines provided to business stakeholders Coordinate with other Value stream leads within Fusion DevOps, Delivery and Support leads for other Edge applications within Fusion to address any integration issues between Record to Report (RTR)and other Values streams/integration areas on a timely manner Scheduling, Reviews and approvals for production deployments working with Global Deployment/Release leaders Optimize and effectively manage Enhancements and support ticket backlog within the Value stream reviewing with the team Drive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automation eliminating manual activities wherever possible Follow JCI Major Incident management process to address any critical issues (P1/P2) by engaging right teams Share Value stream level reporting with KPIs for the Value stream with Global and Regional DevOps Leaders Drive initiatives leveraging advanced technologies such as AI Agents, Automation solutions and work closely with Finance COE to optimize / eliminate the redundancies in the RTR Business processes. Required Skills: Bachelor ‘s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent 15+ years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs Proven track record in Plan to Fulfill, Costing and Manufacturing space within Oracle Fusion ERP Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within Record to Report (RTR) business processes Hands on experience within Oracle Fusion ERP Ability to communicate with technical teams as well as Business audience This position requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, influence and relationship building skills at all levels with internal and external parties in addition to Johnson Controls key values: Integrity, teamwork, excellence, Customer focus and Accountability Experience in driving partner engagement with offshore/onshore delivery model Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment Preferred Skills: Oracle Cloud certifications. Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of other value stream process such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Project to Costing, Subscription Management is good to have.
