Key responsibilities include interpreting design documents, managing resources, and collaborating with consultants and customers. Key Responsibilities And Skills Understanding of iBMS Concepts: A strong foundation in the principles and practices of Integrated Building Management Systems is essential.Project Execution: Proven experience in executing iBMS projects, including ITC (Integration, Testing, Commissioning) is crucial.Resource Management: Managing manpower, materials, and machinery while adhering to quality and time schedules is a key responsibility.Collaboration: Working with consultants, clients, and site personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Interpreting Design Documents: The ability to understand and interpret design drawings and documents is necessary for effective project execution.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders and documenting project progress.Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation.
