Job Description Senior Test Development Engineer (ATE) - Advantest 93K (High Speed Memory Interface Focus) This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer with a strong focus on high-speed memory interface testing (preferably DDR5) using Advantest 93K ATE systems.
