Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Customization : Lead the technical implementation and customization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Integration & Data Migration : Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and HCM Extracts.
• Reporting & Analytics : Design and develop reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Fast Formulas & Security : Create and maintain Fast Formulas for various HCM processes; configure and manage security roles and data access.
• Troubleshooting & Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCM-related issues; perform system upgrades and patches.
• Documentation & Training : Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals; train and support end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Collaboration & Best Practices : Work closely with functional consultants to ensure seamless end-to-end processes; contribute to the development of reusable assets, methodologies, and best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM.
  

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a strong focus on technical aspects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM tools and technologies, such as Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and REST APIs.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, Java, or Groovy.
• In-depth understanding of HCM data model, security model, and business process configuration in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end technical implementation projects for Oracle Cloud HCM, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
  

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SaaS extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Knowledge of payroll configurations, especially in GCC regions.
• Experience with data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.
