You are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to join the dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include the technical implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Your role demands in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, covering configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to provide robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation & Configuration: - Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business requirements. Ensure optimal functionality of job requisitions, candidate management, and recruitment processes. - Customization & Development: - Customize Oracle HCM Cloud utilizing tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Application Composer, and Page Composer to suit specific customer needs. - Integration: - Design and implement integrations between Oracle ORC and other systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, third-party applications) using SOAP/REST APIs, Web Services, and FBDI (File-Based Data Import). - Technical Support & Troubleshooting: - Provide ongoing technical support, resolve complex issues, and troubleshoot integration, configuration, or custom development problems. - Data Migration: - Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle ORC, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Testing & Quality Assurance: - Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation to ensure successful deployment. - Documentation & Training: - Create technical documentation, user guides, and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle ORC solutions. - Collaboration: - Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
