Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

As an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 4+ years of experience, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Your role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions according to business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality of job requisitions, candidate management, and recruitment processes. - Customize Oracle HCM Cloud using tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Application Composer, and Page Composer to tailor the solution to meet specific customer needs. - Design and implement integrations between Oracle ORC and other systems using SOAP/REST APIs, Web Services, and FBDI (File-Based Data Import). - Provide ongoing technical support, resolve complex issues, and troubleshoot integration, configuration, or custom development problems. - Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle ORC, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation to ensure successful deployment. - Create technical documentation, user guides, and conduct end-user training sessions for smooth adoption of Oracle ORC solutions. - Work collaboratively with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of total experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical. - Experience in designing and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. - Proficiency in customization using BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Application Composer, and Page Composer. - Strong knowledge of integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, Web Services, and FBDI. - Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and lead data migration activities. - Experience in system testing, UAT, and documentation. - Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
