Key Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as BIP, HDL, and BI Publisher to create and manage reports and data integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
• Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 4 to 9 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and technical consulting.
• Strong expertise in BIP, HDL, BI Publisher, and HCM modules.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
