Required Experience: Master’s degree in HR with a technology background if preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with a focus on performance management, OD, payroll, and employee relations. Proven track record of successful business partnering and stakeholder management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and with the passionate to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
