Webmethods Developer/Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Webmethods technologies.
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize XSLT, XML, and Java to create efficient and scalable integration processes.
• Manage API Gateway and Webmethods Integration Server to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Implement Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance integration strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Webmethods development and integration.
• Strong proficiency in XSLT, XML, Java, and Webmethods technologies.
• Experience with API Gateway and Webmethods Integration Server.
• Knowledge of EDI standards and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
