About The Opportunity

• Own full-cycle recruitment for OPT candidates: source, screen, coordinate interviews, close offers, and manage onboarding documentation aligned to OPT timelines.
• Build and manage a scalable talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, university channels, and community networks.
• Ensure immigration-compliance readiness—validate F-1 status, OPT/EAD documentation, and communicate timeline constraints to hiring teams and candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and US-based clients to define role requirements, maintain candidate scorecards, and accelerate time-to-hire.
• Maintain ATS accuracy, produce pipeline and hiring metric reports, and use data to optimize sourcing strategies and funnel conversion.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience: timely updates, interview prep, offer negotiation support, and smooth transition into employer onboarding processes.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years recruiting experience, ideally working with early-career or international candidates (OPT/F-1 experience strongly preferred).
• Practical knowledge of OPT/F-1 timelines, EAD documentation, and placement constraints for US employment.
• Proven sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, university channels, and social communities.
• Comfortable using ATS/CRM (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday or similar) and delivering recruitment metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder and candidate communication skills.
  

Preferred

• Experience placing candidates into US roles or working with remote, cross-timezone hiring teams.
• Familiarity with employer expectations for early-career hires (technical screening basics, portfolio/assignment evaluation).
• Exposure to international payroll/employer-of-record processes and onboarding compliance.
