Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operational Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience, primarily skilled in HR, administration, finance, and legal operations. This role also supports sales, marketing, branding activities, and social media management. You will ensure operational excellence while enhancing Puviyan’s brand presence and sustainability impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR, administration, finance, and legal operations with integrity and accuracy
  • Process payroll, oversee vendor management, and maintain accurate records in HRMS and accounting platforms
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs
  • Maintain statutory compliance and up-to-date documentation
  • Assist with contract review, legal documentation, and communications
  • Collaborate with teams to support sales, marketing, and branding initiatives
  • Contribute to planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media actions
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media channels to grow brand awareness
  • Monitor campaign results and engage with online audiences
  • Optimize operational processes for efficiency and alignment with Puviyan's sustainability values
  • Foster teamwork and information flow to create a positive workplace culture


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Finance, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, administration, finance, and legal operations
  • Hands-on proficiency with HRMS, payroll, accounting software, and productivity tools
  • Experience in social media management, marketing campaigns, and branding support
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and integrity in confidential and sensitive matters
  • Experience or interest in sustainability or technology is a plus
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Chennai.
