Responsibilities - Take charge of developing and maintaining a detail-oriented logistic flow from sourcing ingredients to fulfilment Manage inventory system with precision, ensuring no product goes out of stock and no waste accumulates Establish a robust quality assurance system and conduct regular checks to keep every product at G.O.A.T. level Assist supply chain and build lasting relationships with our suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, quality products, and continuous collaboration Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and create a safe working environment for all G.O.A.T.s Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance and improve overall efficiency, discipline and quality Audit and identify opportunities to streamline operations, tweak strategy, and find ways to constantly level up Requirements - 1-3 years experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (food & beverage or retail experience is a big plus) You’re clear, confident and proactive - whether you’re communicating with customers, vendors or your team. Multitasking? You’re built for it. You love keeping things running like clockwork. You know how to troubleshoot, find solutions, and make things better. You know your way around order management, POS systems, or inventory software Things move fast around here. You’re ready to pivot and keep pace with the hustle. You take ownership, jump in when needed, and aren’t afraid to take risks.
