Operations Specialist

As an Operations Executive at the company, your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely delivery of services to investors to enhance their overall customer experience. This involves coordinating with Asset Management Companies (AMC), Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA), and internal teams to address transaction-related queries and issues. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to provide innovative solutions to transactional challenges, assist in implementing new initiatives, and effectively manage multiple priorities with excellent communication skills. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Resolve investors' concerns related to mutual funds. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and escalate incomplete/delayed processing. - Utilize analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for generating periodic reports. - Participate in manual testing of Android, iOS, and Web Apps and their Backend Services. - Coordinate across different teams, emphasizing strong written communication skills. **Required Skills:** - Freshers with strong written and verbal communication skills are encouraged to apply. - Exposure to Mutual Fund Operations is preferred. The shift timings for this role are from Monday to Saturday, starting at 10:00 am and ending at 6:30 pm. You will have two Saturdays off per month in addition to Sundays. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule at the work location in Gurgaon, Haryana - 122016. Reliable commuting or relocation to this area is required before starting work.
